BEHIND THE SCENE - SALTY DOGS

Two Salty Dogs -  labrador best friends and a day at sea...ears flapping in the wind, salt on the tongue!

To create this piece of dog art, I had to get the right perspective for this photo. I needed to shoot this from a very low angle, looking up, which was impossible from the water.

We scouted around and found this classic small sailboat on a trailer that could be wheeled into the perfect location - which turned out to be a parking lot, where these salty dogs were actually photographed (without the temptation of diving in!).
